What You'll Do

• Welcome patients warmly during check-in, verify insurance information, and manage appointment scheduling
• Obtain vital signs, record medical history, and prepare patients for clinical visits
• Assist providers with patient examinations and clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and keep patient files organized
• Handle patient inquiries professionally, answer routine questions, and coordinate communication between front and back office
• Manage phones, correspondence, and administrative tasks to keep the practice organized
• Support inventory management and maintain a clean, welcoming clinical environment

What We're Looking For

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent healthcare credential preferred
• Strong ability to multitask in a high-volume specialty care setting
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and genuine patience with patients
• Comfort with electronic health record systems and practice management software
• Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff
