About the Role
Blue Moon ABA is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Working collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you'll support clients' progress toward their behavioral and developmental goals in a professional, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Conduct systematic data collection and analysis on client behavior and treatment progress
- Provide consistent, clear reinforcement and behavior management strategies
- Build positive, therapeutic relationships with clients and their families
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Participate in clinical meetings and professional development opportunities
- Adhere to all company protocols, ethical standards, and ABA best practices
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
