What This Role Involves

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role requires a strong commitment to evidence-based practices and a passion for supporting the growth and development of our clients.

Core Duties

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA
• Observing, recording, and reporting client progress to the BCBA
• Supporting a positive learning environment for children with autism
• Collaborating with families and other professionals involved in the child's care

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
• Prior experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is highly desirable but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
