Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients, facilitating their learning and development through positive reinforcement techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client progress and treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA therapist, or similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be able to pass background checks and complete required training.
