Requirements A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA therapist, or similar role is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Must be able to pass background checks and complete required training.
