About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician at Inner Circle Autism Network, you'll be part of an energetic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to empowering children and families through high-quality autism support services. This full-time position is based in Morrisville, where you'll work directly with clients under the clinical supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, implementing tailored treatment protocols that help children reach their fullest potential.
What You'll Do
- Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols and behavioral treatment plans in clinic and community settings
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions focused on skill development and behavior modification
- Collect precise behavioral data and maintain accurate session documentation to track client progress
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and families, creating a safe and encouraging learning atmosphere
- Communicate observations and progress updates regularly with supervising clinicians and care teams
- Support a positive, collaborative team environment centered on child-centered, individualized care
What We're Looking For
- Current RBT certification (or ability to obtain certification)
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and therapeutic techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental differences
