About the Role
As Regional Service Sales Manager, you'll direct all aspects of service sales operations within your assigned territory, focusing on electrical power equipment and substation services. You'll be instrumental in expanding Hitachi's market presence while delivering exceptional value to utility and industrial customers across the region.
What You'll Do
- Manage service sales for electrical power equipment and substation services across the Central US region
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key utility and industrial clients
- Lead account development activities and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Provide coaching and support to drive team performance and professional development
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for regional and corporate management
What We're Looking For
