Reefer Truck Driver – up to $130k / yr

EOS Trucking is hiring refrigerated truck drivers for its Blacksburg, Montgomery County operations, offering full-time positions with compensation up to $130,000 annually for experienced CDL-A operators.

About the Role

This full-time reefer truck driving position is based in the Blacksburg area of Montgomery County. You'll haul temperature-controlled freight on consistent routes featuring strong weekly miles and primarily drop-and-hook operations—reducing dock time and keeping you moving and earning.

What You'll Do

• Operate a refrigerated semi-truck transporting cold freight on regional and long-haul routes
• Execute drop-and-hook exchanges to maintain efficiency and on-time performance
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and documentation
• Maintain FMCSA compliance and adhere to company safety standards
• Communicate real-time updates to dispatch regarding route status and any concerns

What We're Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record
• Professional experience operating commercial trucks
• Background in refrigerated freight preferred
• Reliability and commitment to meeting delivery deadlines
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs
