What You'll Do

- Prescribe medications within scope of practice and state regulations
- Provide preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and clinical team members
- Document encounters and maintain accurate, compliant medical records
- Embrace new technologies and clinical best practices
- Champion patient-centered care and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Family Nurse Practitioner certification or current eligibility
- Active RN license in good standing
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Clinical expertise in family medicine or primary care
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Adaptability to evolving clinical systems and protocols
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
