About the Role
As a Loan Signing Agent with Certified Mobile Notary Service, you'll provide professional notarization services for mortgage documents and real estate closings. You'll travel to clients' homes, workplaces, and preferred locations to notarize documents and witness signatures for refinances, purchases, and other real estate transactions. This is a full-time opportunity to build a stable career while maintaining direct relationships with your clients.
What You'll Do
- Travel to client locations in Long Beach and surrounding areas to notarize loan documents and real estate paperwork
- Verify client identities and ensure all documents are properly executed and witnessed according to California law
- Maintain accurate records of notarized transactions and prepare required documentation
- Work directly with lenders, title companies, and real estate professionals to facilitate smooth closings
- Communicate professionally with clients to explain the notarization process and answer questions
- Meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of mortgage and refinance transactions
What We're Looking For
- Current notary public commission in California
- Knowledge of loan signing and real estate transaction procedures
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
