Recruitment Marketing Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential industrial technology company in their search for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist based in Berlin. Our client is a rapidly scaling organization operating across multiple European markets, and they need someone to build their employer brand and attract exceptional talent during a period of significant growth.

This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of talent acquisition, marketing, and events. You'll manage social media presence, organize recruitment events, and support broader talent acquisition initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to shape how candidates perceive the organization and build a strong talent community from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media presence with a focus on employer branding and recruitment, planning content and highlighting company culture
• Organize and coordinate recruitment and employer-brand events, including career fairs, university events, meetups, and networking sessions
• Own event logistics from initial planning through execution and follow-up
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with projects including candidate communications, recruitment campaigns, sourcing initiatives, and employer-branding materials
• Track performance metrics, experiment with new approaches, and use data to continuously improve recruitment marketing activities
• Create and coordinate engaging content that showcases the employee experience
• Build and nurture talent community relationships

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media, events, talent acquisition, or a similar role
• Fluent in English with confident communication skills across different audiences
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
• Proven experience organizing events and managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Creative and proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality
• Highly organized with ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across different teams and seniority levels
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to collaborate
• Curious and resourceful approach with willingness to experiment and find practical solutions
• Excitement about working in a fast-growing, international environment
• German proficiency is a bonus but not required

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €50,000 – €60,000 yearly on-target earnings (fixed salary plus bonus)
