Member Experience Manager – Frankfurt

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential flexible workspace provider seeking a Member Experience Manager for their Frankfurt location. This is an exciting opportunity to lead customer experience and operations at a premium workspace facility in one of Germany's most dynamic business hubs.

In this role, you'll serve as the central point of contact for workspace members, combining hospitality excellence with operational leadership and business development. You'll manage day-to-day building operations, lead an onsite team, and ensure an exceptional experience for companies of all sizes using the facility.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain key client relationships, managing escalations and ensuring high member satisfaction including NPS monitoring and improvement
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining quality standards, adhering to SLAs, monitoring operational expenses, and resolving issues with building management, landlords, and service providers
• Lead and develop the building team through effective onboarding, coaching, weekly 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and creating growth opportunities
• Coordinate with sales, account management, and other internal teams to support cross-functional requirements and member needs
• Plan and execute community events and programming that drive engagement and member satisfaction
• Support budget planning and financial oversight including monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets while identifying opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies
• Represent the organization confidently in the local business community and identify potential new members
• Maintain balanced presence and oversight across the facility, stepping in to handle community tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong business acumen with ability to manage operations, communications, and details for smooth facility management
• Proven experience in customer relationship management, hospitality, or community management roles
• Demonstrated leadership capability including team coaching, development, and performance management
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of maintaining high quality standards
• Consultative approach to understanding and solving client needs
• Comfort engaging with senior executives and decision-makers
• Energy and enthusiasm for working with people in a collaborative team environment
• High resilience and adaptability in handling challenging and unpredictable situations
• Flexible, hands-on approach balanced with strategic thinking
• Experience with budget management and financial performance review
• Strong event planning and community programming skills
• Fluency in German and English required
• Based in or able to relocate to Frankfurt
