About the Role
As a Project Manager at Clayco, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results on large-scale development and construction projects. You'll serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, design professionals, trades, and internal departments, orchestrating every phase from planning through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that shape communities across North America while managing schedules, budgets, and team coordination.
What You'll Do
- Direct day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project momentum
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and resolving issues to keep work on track
- Manage client communication and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements
- Document project progress, maintain records, and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Implement safety protocols and best practices across all project phases
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing construction or real estate development projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction methods, timelines, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field preferred
