About the Role
As our Quality Control Lab Technician, you'll perform hands-on laboratory work in a regulated manufacturing environment, conducting quality inspections and tests to verify that products meet our rigorous standards. You'll be a key contributor to our manufacturing quality team, delivering accurate data that ensures customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct laboratory tests and quality inspections on products and materials
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Record, document, and analyze test results with attention to accuracy and detail
- Follow established quality protocols and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns
- Maintain complete and organized lab records and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience or demonstrated aptitude in laboratory testing, quality control, or manufacturing quality environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data recording
- Ability to follow procedures precisely in a regulated manufacturing setting
- Reliable communication skills and ability to collaborate with production teams
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 2/2/3 rotating schedule)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compensation and Benefits
We offer an hourly rate of $28–$30 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
