The Opportunity
Join PPS-HPS as a Facilities Maintenance Technician and become part of a dedicated team keeping retail facilities running smoothly across Ohio. Working the third shift, you'll perform essential maintenance and repair work that directly impacts customer experience and facility safety. This role offers the chance to develop broad technical skills while contributing to a stable, established facilities services operation.
Your Responsibilities
- Execute plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks across assigned facilities
- Troubleshoot and complete electrical maintenance and repairs
- Perform interior and exterior painting projects
- Install, repair, and maintain tile work and cabinetry
- Conduct light demolition work as needed for facility updates
- Respond to maintenance requests and on-call opportunities for additional paid work
- Maintain safe work practices and follow all facility protocols
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, tile, or cabinetry maintenance
- Ability to work the third shift schedule (Monday through Friday)
- Willingness to respond to on-call maintenance needs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
