Quality Assurance Manager

We are representing a confidential healthcare intelligence organization seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality activities across customer accounts and functional teams. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support on regulations, guidelines, corporate standards, and compliance policies
• Partner with operational and development teams to assess compliance, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and closure of quality and compliance issues across assigned programs
• Organize and deliver quality-related training, including GxP and QA framework education
• Track and ensure appropriate follow-up of major and critical audit findings
• Review and assess policies and procedures, recommending improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
• Author and maintain Quality Assurance SOPs as assigned
• Advise leadership on system audit needs and priorities
• Maintain QA databases to ensure accurate audit, reporting, and follow-up status
• Host and support customer audits, mock inspections, and regulatory inspections

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Commercial Patient Support experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance or related quality/compliance environment
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and regulatory expectations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making capability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, technical, or regulated environments
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical research and development processes
• Experience delivering training or coaching others
