Position Summary

We're looking for a reliable, physically capable Stagehand to help bring our events to life in Gilford, NH. This part-time seasonal position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced technical crews during the busiest event season. You'll be essential to ensuring every production runs smoothly, from initial setup through load-out.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and disassemble stage equipment, rigging, and technical infrastructure
• Load and unload equipment trucks, maintaining organization and safety standards
• Follow technical specifications and diagrams provided by stage management
• Collaborate with technical crew members to execute setup and strike procedures
• Maintain work areas for safety and efficiency during events
• Respond promptly to crew instructions and adapt to changing event requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move equipment (often weighing 25–50+ lbs)
• Willingness to work extended hours during event days and event season
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Prior stage or event experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
