Pilates Coordinator

Lifetime in Romeoville is hiring a full-time Pilates Coordinator to support our pilates program and keep our studio operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the organizational force behind our pilates offerings, working closely with instructors and members to create exceptional class experiences.

What This Role Involves

You'll manage the day-to-day operations of our pilates studio—from coordinating class schedules to supporting our instructors to welcoming members. Your focus will be on creating an organized, professional environment where pilates students can thrive. You'll serve as a connector between our instructors, members, and the broader Lifetime team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Core Duties

• Organize and oversee pilates class schedules, ensuring instructors are prepared and studio resources are available
• Prepare the pilates studio before each session—setting up equipment, checking safety, and maintaining the physical space
• Assist members with inquiries about pilates programs, class options, and membership details
• Welcome new members and guide them through orientation to our pilates studio and class offerings
• Track class attendance and member enrollment using our scheduling and management systems
• Promote pilates classes and programs to drive member interest and engagement
• Respond to member concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain the studio environment to uphold cleanliness and equipment safety standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Natural communication and customer service ability—you're comfortable working with diverse members and instructors
• Organized and detail-focused, with strong ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Competent with scheduling software and administrative tools, or quick to learn them
• Comfortable on your feet for extended periods; ready to handle equipment and studio setup
• Genuine interest in fitness, wellness, or pilates as a practice
• Flexibility with schedule availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
