Role Overview

As a Sales Representative at Suburban Buick GMC of Troy, you'll be the driving force behind customer connections on our showroom floor. Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their vehicle preferences and needs, and present relevant Buick and GMC models
• Conduct test drives, highlighting vehicle features, performance, safety, and technology
• Prepare accurate quotations and handle pricing negotiations professionally
• Process sales paperwork and coordinate with financing and delivery teams
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities
