Role Overview

As a Service Technician at our Audi Coral Springs dealership, you'll diagnose and repair Audi vehicles with precision and care. Whether you hold a Class A or Class B certification, you'll work on a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems using industry-leading tools and equipment. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostic testing, and repairs on Audi vehicles
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service bulletins to identify and resolve technical issues
• Follow Audi technical specifications and dealership service standards
• Document all work performed in the service management system with accuracy
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about repair needs and timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

Who We're Looking For

• Current ASE Certification (Class A or Class B) or equivalent technical qualification
• Proven experience with automotive diagnostics and repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a service team
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship
