About the Role

As a Property Maintenance Repair Technician with AD West Realty, you will be the go-to problem solver across two on-site apartment properties in the Belfair area. This is a full-time position (30 hours per week) working directly at our community locations, with starting pay ranging from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and routine upkeep across apartment units and shared community spaces
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely, courteous manner

• Maintain the grounds, exterior, and curb appeal of both assigned property locations
