AD West Realty is hiring a Part-Time Property Manager (25 hours) in Eatonville, WA to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-established affordable housing community in Pierce County.

About the Role

This is an on-site, part-time position based at a single 28-unit apartment property in Eatonville, Washington. Working roughly 25 hours per week, you will be the local point of contact for residents while keeping the community running smoothly, compliantly, and profitably. Compensation starts at $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a 28-unit affordable housing apartment community on-site.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, handling inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters.
• Oversee leasing activity, unit turnovers, and occupancy to maintain strong resident retention.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor work to keep the property safe and well-maintained.
• Support compliance with affordable housing program requirements and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, rent collection, and routine reporting for the property.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management, leasing, or affordable housing operations is strongly preferred.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in an on-site role.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills for working directly with residents.
• Familiarity with affordable housing compliance is an advantage.
• Able to commute to and work on-site in Eatonville, Pierce County, Washington.
