• Manage relationships with outside counsel and coordinate legal matters across the business.
• Build and refine legal policies, frameworks, and processes as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active membership in good standing with a state bar.
• Substantial experience as a practicing attorney, ideally including in-house counsel or senior legal leadership roles.
• Familiarity with government contracting, defense, or national security legal matters is highly desirable.
• Strong judgment, business acumen, and the ability to translate legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance.
• Comfort working on-site in a security-conscious, classified-infrastructure setting in Arlington, Arlington County.
