Project Management – Conference Producer at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

Our client, a dynamic events and media organization in London, is seeking a Conference Producer to take ownership of key project delivery. In this role, you will:

• Drive end-to-end conference production, from concept development through post-event analysis
• Research and develop deep industry expertise to inform programming strategies
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Build and nurture relationships with speakers, sponsors, and attendees
• Execute marketing and outreach strategies to support event growth
• Contribute to new venture launches and operational improvements
• Travel occasionally to support international conferences

This is an onsite position in London (Buckingham Gate area), Monday to Friday. The fast-paced, collaborative environment requires in-person presence to deliver exceptional results.
