About This Position

Tyton Holdings seeks a Project Engineer to support the execution and coordination of mechanical and plumbing construction projects. You'll work on some of the region's most demanding commercial builds, collaborating with architects, contractors, and field teams to ensure systems are installed to specification and schedule. This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise and project management—critical for the success of complex infrastructure work in Dallas and the surrounding area.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical and plumbing installations across active job sites in healthcare, educational, and high-rise construction
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to keep work on track
• Review blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to identify potential conflicts or design issues
• Communicate regularly with field teams, subcontractors, and other departments to resolve obstacles and maintain workflow
• Track materials, equipment, and labor costs to support accurate project reporting
• Assist with inspections, quality assurance, and compliance documentation
• Support pre-construction planning and post-project closeout activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems in commercial construction
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you'll coordinate across multiple teams daily
