Accenture seeks a Google Cloud Sales Engineer to join our Google Business Group (AGBG) in Des Moines, Polk County. In this full-time role, you'll drive enterprise adoption of Google Cloud Platform solutions by partnering with customers and Accenture's sales organization to design cloud strategies that deliver measurable business impact.

About the Role

As a Google Cloud (AGBG) Sales Engineer at Accenture, you're the technical strategist who helps enterprise clients envision and execute their cloud transformation journey. You'll combine deep platform expertise with consultative selling to accelerate adoption across Google Cloud's data, infrastructure, applications, and edge computing capabilities. Based in Des Moines, you'll work full-time to expand Accenture's Google Cloud practice.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical discovery and assessment conversations with enterprise prospects evaluating Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Design cloud architectures that address client business objectives, operational requirements, and technical constraints
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations demonstrating Google Cloud capabilities across data platforms, infrastructure, applications, and edge computing
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create competitive responses, RFP solutions, and implementation roadmaps for complex opportunities
  • Build proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations that validate proposed cloud strategies
  • Establish relationships with technical decision-makers and C-level executives within customer organizations
  • Maintain expertise in Google Cloud products, services, and competitive positioning

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, systems consulting, or cloud architecture roles
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including compute, data analytics, storage, and networking services
  • Strong technical foundation in cloud architecture and enterprise software systems
  • Ability to quickly understand customer industries and business models, translating them into technical solutions
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Self-directed work style with proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for customer engagements and industry events
