About the Role

What You'll Do
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate logistics with venues, vendors, and service providers
- Prepare event materials, documentation, and registration systems
- Support setup, coordination, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless event execution
- Track budgets, invoices, and compliance documentation
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and team members
- Problem-solve in real-time to keep events running smoothly
What We're Looking For
