The role includes approximately 25% travel, primarily within the local Detroit area for customer engagement and relationship management.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Stellantis OEM account relationship, serving as the senior point of contact for all sales and operational matters
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with customer priorities and company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for innovative technical solutions within the Stellantis footprint
  • Coordinate cross-functional support from Molex engineering, operations, and supply chain teams
  • Manage account forecasting, budgeting, and sales pipeline activities
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with customer leadership
  • Travel locally (approximately 25%) for customer visits, facility tours, and business development

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience managing major accounts for automotive OEMs or Tier 1 supplier customers
  • Deep knowledge of automotive manufacturing, supply chain dynamics, and OEM procurement processes
  • Proven success navigating large, complex account relationships and multi-level customer organizations
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional sales experience valued
  • Willingness to travel locally in the Detroit and Rochester Hills region
