About the Role
As an Automotive Detailer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every vehicle that leaves our facility meets Enterprise's quality standards. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, combining attention to detail with efficient teamwork to prepare rental vehicles for our customers. This is hands-on work that directly impacts customer satisfaction and fleet availability.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive exterior washing, waxing, and polishing of rental vehicles
- Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and cargo areas
- Detail windows, mirrors, and chrome fixtures to meet company standards
- Inspect vehicles for damage or cleanliness issues and report findings
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain inventory of supplies
- Work collaboratively with the fleet team to meet daily detailing schedules
- Follow established procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all vehicles
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliability and consistent attendance in a 40-hour-per-week schedule
- Willingness to follow procedures and take direction from supervisors
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous automotive detailing experience is a plus but not required
