What You'll Do

• Defend insurance carriers and related parties in coverage disputes, bad-faith claims, and policyholder litigation
• Analyze insurance policies and coverage issues to develop sound legal strategy
• Prepare legal briefs, motions, and memoranda on complex coverage questions
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings
• Communicate case strategy and updates with insurance company clients
• Conduct legal research and evaluate precedent to support case outcomes
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys on case development and resolution

What We're Looking For

• Law degree from an accredited institution; active Virginia bar membership or eligibility
• Experience in insurance defense, coverage litigation, or related insurance law
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
