About the Role

This executive leadership position combines commercial acumen with deep product expertise. You'll own the complete sales cycle for complex healthcare payment solutions, from initial opportunity identification through contract closure and ongoing account stewardship. Your leadership will define how our organization serves the evolving needs of healthcare providers, payers, and administrators seeking modernized payment infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Drive revenue growth and new business acquisition across the healthcare payments market segment, identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities in provider networks and health systems
• Lead a high-performing sales and solutions team, providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic direction to achieve ambitious revenue and customer satisfaction targets
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for healthcare payment products, collaborating with product management and marketing teams to differentiate our offerings
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare executives, health plan leaders, and financial decision-makers across the region and nationally
• Translate complex client challenges into tailored solutions, leveraging both technical expertise and consultative selling to address critical payment workflow gaps
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in healthcare payments to inform business strategy and positioning

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading healthcare-focused sales teams or managing large healthcare payment relationships in a complex, regulated environment
• Deep expertise in healthcare payment systems, transaction flows, and the organizational structures of healthcare providers and payers
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across sales, product, operations, and client success functions
• Strong P&L management experience and a results-oriented approach to revenue targets and customer acquisition metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and translate healthcare industry challenges into strategic imperatives
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field; MBA preferred
