About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Product Marketing Associate to join their growing team in the United Kingdom. Our client operates in the global payments infrastructure space and is backed by prominent investors. This role offers the chance to shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

You'll work closely with product, sales, and partnership teams to build the partner marketing engine from the ground up, owning messaging, launches, and performance reporting for a significant product area.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the partner marketing engine end-to-end, delivering messaging assets and post-launch reporting in collaboration with senior marketing leadership
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for partner features, ensuring consistent rollout across all channels
• Produce impactful campaigns for the partner ecosystem in collaboration with marketing and partner teams
• Collect and analyze market insights to refine customer and persona journeys for targeted marketing efforts
• Report regularly on initiative performance, tracking adoption, engagement, and activation metrics
• Create campaign assets, briefs, and enablement materials that adapt across multiple channels without requiring constant reformatting

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 2-3 years of B2B SaaS marketing or product marketing experience, with ownership of end-to-end go-to-market launches
• Ability to translate technical product details into messaging that resonates with technical buyers and partners
• Strong communication skills with expertise in writing, storytelling, and creating engaging content across multiple formats
• A motivated team player who is humble, ambitious, and eager for ownership rather than simply executing briefs

Nice-to-haves:

• Background in payments, fintech, or marketplace businesses with deep industry understanding
• Experience marketing a two-sided marketplace, balancing supply-side and demand-side value propositions
