Product Manager confirmé H/F – SaaS – Fintech

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization specializing in B2B SaaS solutions for HR and financial process digitalization. Our client serves over 20,000 companies across 98 countries with their comprehensive spend management platform. As they pursue European expansion, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a key functional domain within their platform.

This is a fully remote position based in France, offering the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives including internationalization, artificial intelligence integration, workflow automation, and continuous user experience enhancement.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will own a functional domain of the platform and drive its long-term evolution:

• Define and champion the vision for your product domain
• Conduct deep discovery into customer, user, and internal team needs
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and technological developments to identify growth opportunities
• Participate in identifying and evaluating new AI, automation, and agent-based use cases
• Build and manage the roadmap for your scope
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities based on user and business impact
• Oversee the complete feature lifecycle from discovery through launch with product marketing
• Measure results and adjust direction based on field feedback and data insights
• Lead conception and development of new features alongside Product Design and Engineering teams
• Ensure simple, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences
• Validate proposed solutions through user testing, data analysis, and experimentation
• Deliver pragmatic, robust, value-creating solutions
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to understand client challenges
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive alignment around product priorities
• Participate in product promotion internally and externally
• Contribute to building product culture across the organization

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS environments
• Proven ability to understand complex business problems and transform them into simple, effective solutions
• Strong command of agile methodologies and product best practices
• Capability to drive initiatives autonomously and rally teams around your projects
• Demonstrated ability to arbitrate, prioritize, and make pragmatic, impact-oriented decisions
• Track record of leading large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Curious, rigorous, and committed to deep understanding before decision-making
• Strong analytical mindset balanced with user-focused orientation
• Bilingual in French and English

AI Sensitivity (Essential):

• Active interest in artificial intelligence evolution and practical applications in SaaS products
• Regular professional use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar assistants
• Ability to identify opportunities where AI, LLMs, OCR, or agents can deliver tangible user value
• Capacity to distinguish trends from genuinely value-creating use cases
