Principal Data Center Construction Manager

Oracle is seeking a Principal Data Center Construction Manager to lead the oversight and delivery of data center infrastructure projects in Providence, Providence County. As a senior construction professional, you'll direct the design-to-completion lifecycle of our data center facilities, partnering with colocation providers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects exceed our rigorous standards.

About the Role

In this hands-on leadership position, you'll manage the on-site construction activities of our data center facilities, with accountability for schedule adherence, quality standards, and design compliance. This is a full-time role based in Providence, Providence County.

What You'll Do

• Direct construction activities and oversee colocation provider performance to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery
• Monitor quality control and design specification compliance throughout construction phases
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and logistical challenges
• Prepare project status reports and documentation to track progress against timelines and milestones
• Enforce safety, compliance, and regulatory standards across all construction sites
• Lead supplier and contractor relationships to optimize performance and manage costs

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing large-scale data center construction or similar infrastructure projects
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to meet schedule and budget objectives
• Knowledge of data center facility design, systems, and best practices
• Expertise in overseeing third-party contractors and vendors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
