This Physician Orthopedics opportunity with Arlington HealthCare in Rockford, Winnebago County is driven by tremendous practice growth. You will work alongside a collaborative, well-established team of surgeons, with a fellowship background in Hand or Adult Reconstruction strongly desired. The position blends specialty-specific patient intake with general call responsibilities in a fast-growing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert orthopedic surgical care with a focus on Hand or Adult Reconstruction.
• Manage specialty-specific patient intake alongside general call duties.
• Share clinical call on a 1:5 rotation within a cohesive surgical group.
• Cover emergency department call approximately once per week.
• Partner with a built-in referral network of 280 providers.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) Orthopedic Surgeon.
• Fellowship training in Hand or Adult Reconstruction.
• Commitment to team-based, collaborative patient care.
• Interest in academic appointments, which are available for qualified candidates.
