About the Role
As an Interventional Pain Specialist in Rome, Georgia, you will step into an active, patient-focused practice and deliver comprehensive interventional care. This is an on-site, full-time physician position designed for a clinician who thrives in a busy clinical environment and is passionate about improving quality of life for patients living with chronic and acute pain.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of pain conditions.
- Perform interventional pain management procedures within an established, high-volume practice.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with the existing care team to ensure coordinated, continuous patient management.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the practice's standards of care.
Qualifications
- Completion of a fellowship accredited by the ACGME or the NASS (North American Spine Society).
- Board certification or board eligibility in interventional pain management.
- Residency training in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatry), or Neurology.
- Eagerness to join and grow within a busy, established practice.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Georgia.
