Join Aequor Healthcare Services, Llc. as a Physical Therapist in Tyler, Smith County. This is a part-time opportunity to deliver direct patient care in a hospital setting during day shifts.

About the Role

We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support our hospital-based rehabilitation program. As a part-time PT, you'll work standard day hours providing evidence-based therapy and helping patients regain mobility and function following injury, surgery, or illness.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises and manual techniques to improve patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and hospital protocols

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license to practice in Texas
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other specialists
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Professional approach to documentation and care coordination
