About the Role

As a CNA with Aequor Healthcare Services in West Side, Yakima County, you will deliver direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This contract CNA position is ideal for a healthcare professional seeking a structured short-term assignment with predictable night-shift scheduling in a hands-on care environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent skin breakdown
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake, and output, reporting changes in patient condition to the charge nurse
• Respond to call lights and attend to patient needs throughout the night shift
• Support a safe, clean care environment by following infection control and facility protocols
• Document care activities accurately in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Washington State
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a part-time schedule
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care
• Experience in a hospital, long-term care, or skilled nursing facility setting preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a 13-week contract beginning July 13, 2026
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
