Assistant Manager

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise crew members, ensuring accountability, engagement, and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Oversee financial controls, including cash handling, register reconciliation, and cost management to protect store profitability
• Manage inventory tracking and food preparation standards to minimize waste and maintain quality consistency
• Ensure the store environment meets brand image and cleanliness standards at all times
• Coordinate staffing schedules, including hiring, training, and development of team members
• Handle administrative responsibilities including reporting, scheduling, and documentation
• Champion exceptional customer service by resolving issues and setting a positive example for your team
• Execute opening and closing procedures with precision and attention to detail
