Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

About the Role

You'll provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services to patients across diverse conditions and recovery goals. This 13-week contract role focuses on hands-on treatment delivery and patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients, assess functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment protocols based on clinical findings
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment records

What We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts state license as a Physical Therapist
• Proof of graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in outpatient settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Current CPR certification (BLS or equivalent)
