Responsibilities

• Locate, organise and restock medications and front-shop items according to established shelf and inventory procedures.
• Process cash, debit and prescription insurance transactions at the till accurately and courteously.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked counters, waiting areas and storage zones throughout each shift.
• Answer routine questions about store hours, product locations or order status while escalating clinical queries to qualified staff.
• Support daily count and expiry checks so that stock levels remain current and compliant.

• High-school diploma or equivalent educational foundation.
• Proven comfort with customer service, clear spoken English and a friendly, patient manner.
• Strong attention to detail when handling names, numbers and product labels.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale familiarity plus solid arithmetic skills.
• Physical readiness to stand for extended periods and lift light packages.
• Dependability, punctuality and the ability to switch between tasks without losing focus.
• Willingness to learn pharmacy-specific software and safety protocols quickly.
