What You'll Do

• Establish and nurture relationships with customers by learning about their financial objectives and circumstances
• Open new deposit and transaction accounts, guiding customers through application and setup processes
• Process routine customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
• Answer customer questions about account services, products, and banking features
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to loans, investment services, and other offerings
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions comply with banking regulations
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative branch environment
• Uphold PNC's standards for customer service excellence and professional conduct
