Sr. Spec. Quality Assurance

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Specialist in Quality Assurance for our Tumwater, Thurston County location. As a Sr. Spec. Core Duties

• Design, establish, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation systems aligned with regulatory standards
• Conduct thorough quality assessments and testing protocols to verify product and service reliability
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements and operational best practices
• Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend systemic enhancements
• Mentor junior quality assurance staff and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization
• Collaborate with product development and operational teams to embed quality considerations into all processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance specialist or similar role in a regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Proficiency with quality assurance methodologies and testing protocols
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience mentoring teams
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical industry standards is beneficial
