Attorney, Enterprise Sales

Lumen is seeking an Attorney, Enterprise Sales in Tumwater, Thurston County. In this full-time role, you'll combine legal expertise with enterprise sales operations, providing essential guidance on high-value customer agreements and complex commercial transactions.

About the Role

As an Attorney, Enterprise Sales at Lumen, you'll deliver legal counsel and operational support to our enterprise sales organization. You'll work on some of the industry's most complex network connectivity agreements, protecting company interests while enabling the sales team to execute major deals with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Review, negotiate, and draft enterprise agreements, service contracts, and commercial terms
• Conduct legal due diligence on significant enterprise sales opportunities and customer requirements
• Partner with enterprise sales teams to evaluate legal risks and structure deal terms
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the agreement lifecycle
• Provide legal guidance on contract interpretation and enforcement for active customer relationships
• Support the sales process from opportunity assessment through execution and beyond

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor and active state bar license
• Experience with commercial contract law and enterprise sales support
• Strong negotiation and business communication abilities
• Proven collaboration with sales, finance, and operations teams
• Capability to manage multiple complex agreements simultaneously
• Background in telecommunications, technology, or cloud infrastructure (preferred)
