About the Role

As a Heavy Equipment Sales Specialist at Earthborne, you'll connect customers with the right construction, forestry, snow removal, and landscaping equipment for their operations. This is a full-time position where you'll blend consultative selling with technical product knowledge to close deals and build lasting business relationships throughout our Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia expansion markets and established Pennsylvania service area.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across our sales territory
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions for their specific applications
• Present product features, benefits, and financing options to prospective buyers
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract finalization
• Maintain product knowledge across our full line of construction, landscaping, forestry, and snow removal equipment
• Meet sales targets and contribute to dealership growth objectives
• Coordinate with operations, delivery, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
