Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications under direct pharmacist supervision, following all regulatory requirements
• Assist customers with pharmacy inquiries, refills, and general healthcare questions
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including receiving, stocking, and ordering medications
• Process insurance claims and coordinate billing and prior authorization requests
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Clean and maintain pharmacy equipment and workspace to the highest sanitation standards
• Support the pharmacist in patient consultations and medication therapy management

What You Bring

• Valid Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential and current state licensure
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Proven ability to prioritize accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and point-of-sale technology
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, insurance processes, and medication safety protocols
