You will partner with a wider People and Culture group committed to steering substantial organisational improvement while refining the day-to-day staff experience and shaping multiple culture and safety initiatives. The part-time arrangement lets you contribute meaningfully to both compliance and continuous enhancement activities in the Geelong region without the demands of a remote set-up.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive guidance covering every stage of the employee journey, from attraction through to departure
• Collaborate inside the broader People and Culture team to progress strategies that produce enduring workplace advances
• Identify practical ways to strengthen day-to-day engagement and overall staff satisfaction
• Contribute hands-on to People and Culture projects that improve culture, wellbeing and safety outcomes
• Uphold workplace health and safety standards and promote consistent safe behaviours across the operation
• Assist with employee relations, performance conversations and consistent application of people policies

• Generalist experience spanning people, culture and safety responsibilities
• Proven ability to manage the full employment cycle with confidence and care
• Sound working knowledge of contemporary workplace health and safety obligations
