Payments Global Clearing- Product Manager- Vice President

JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced Product Manager - Vice President to lead our Payments Global Clearing division in Tampa, Hillsborough County. In this full-time role, you'll drive innovation in US Dollar Clearing products, shape our strategic direction, and deliver solutions that create measurable impact for our clients worldwide.

About the Role

As Vice President of Product Management within our Global Clearing business, you'll own the complete product lifecycle from conception through successful market adoption. This is a leadership position where strategic vision translates into tangible client value and competitive advantage in the payments clearing space.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute product strategy for US Dollar Clearing offerings, setting clear direction and measurable outcomes
• Lead cross-functional teams through product development, coordinating with engineering, operations, compliance, and client-facing groups
• Conduct market analysis and gather client feedback to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities in global payments
• Oversee product launches from planning through post-launch optimization, ensuring successful adoption and client satisfaction
• Define product roadmap priorities, balancing business objectives with client requirements and regulatory considerations
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering innovation and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in payments, clearing, financial services, or comparable complex B2B environments
• Track record of successfully launching and scaling products that generate revenue and client adoption
• Deep understanding of global payment systems, clearing infrastructure, or related financial market operations
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence across organizational boundaries
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in data-driven environments
• Exceptional communication abilities for engaging with diverse stakeholders including C-suite, clients, and technical teams
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
