About the Role
As the Healthcare Ethics and Compliance Operations Program Director at Oracle, you will partner closely with the Chief Health and Life Science Compliance Officer, broader compliance teams, and internal business groups. Based in Penbrook, Dauphin County, this on-site position centers on guiding regulatory compliance efforts that matter to Oracle customers of every size around the globe, with particular attention to the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the Chief Health and Life Science Compliance Officer to advance ethics and compliance priorities.
- Work alongside compliance teams and internal stakeholders to resolve regulatory compliance challenges.
- Support programs that address the needs of Oracle's global customer base, from small organizations to large enterprises.
- Focus on the unique compliance demands of the healthcare and life sciences industries.
- Help coordinate operational program activities that keep ethics and compliance efforts running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience in ethics, compliance, or regulatory operations, ideally within healthcare or life sciences environments.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with senior compliance leadership and diverse business teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance issues affecting a global customer base.
- Program and operations management capabilities suited to a director-level role.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Penbrook, Dauphin County.
