Who we are

Born out of the post-pandemic and global racial-equality movement, we’re a community-led organisation offering a safe space, visibility, and opportunities to Black professionals in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, People & DEI.

From graduate professionals to solo founders and in-house leads, we champion the development and success of our members throughout their careers. Too often, our industry lacks diverse voices in spaces where we exist – and that needs to change.

The role

We’re looking for a Community Manager to oversee engagement across our channels – WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Slack, and our newsletter.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Welcoming new members, keeping conversations flowing, and connecting members to the right people.

  • You’ll spot the person with a question and the member who has the answer.

  • You’ll share opportunities, amplify voices, and make sure everyone feels seen and valued.

  • Working closely with our founder, you’ll curate content for our newsletter, keep the energy right across all platforms, and help create those moments where someone thinks, “I’m so glad I found this space.”

This could be the right fit if you:

  • Get energized by bringing people together and watching connections spark

  • Have that natural ability to read the room (even when the room is virtual)

  • Can juggle WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Slack, and newsletters, with support from the team

  • Write as you talk – warm, real, and human

  • Care deeply about creating inclusive spaces where everyone can win

  • Are organized and flexible
